What will you do?
Mission for our senior SEO specialist
Delivering high-impact SEO strategies that increase traffic, leads, and revenue for our clients, while leading the team and raising campaign quality.
Key Success KPIs
Your success will be measured by:
- Achieving demonstrable SEO growth of at least 25% for multiple clients simultaneously based on Search Console & analytics
- Strengthening client relationships with proactive and substantively strong advice
- The amount of time freed up in our founders’ schedules
- The number of problems solved per month without higher-level intervention
- KPIs will be reviewed monthly
Responsibilities
- Analyzing data, search behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities
- Developing strategic SEO approaches (on-page, off-page, technical) for various client types
- Assigning tasks to specialists and freelancers, and ensuring timely and quality execution
- Monitoring progress, adjusting where necessary, and maintaining focus on impact
- Advising clients at a strategic level, both in content and prioritization, with clear, well-thought-out communication that demonstrates empathy, persuasiveness, and high-level advisory skills.
- Reviewing colleagues’ work, with constructive feedback on content, structure, and results
- Guiding the SEO team in substantive development and raising the overall standard
- Occasionally performing complex analyses or optimizations yourself in specialized or high-impact projects
- Identifying trends, tools, and improvement opportunities for internal processes and client strategies
- Actively contributing to knowledge sharing through internal sessions and strategy workshops
- Continuously contributing to the improvement of internal processes, quality, and working methods
- Combining strategy and execution at a high level
- Helping other team members grow through coaching and knowledge sharing, which is measured by client feedback

What do we offer you?
Salary & work environment
For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €5,500, depending on your knowledge, experience, and the ownership you bring.
You will primarily work from our office in Eindhoven. We believe in the power of on-site collaboration for speed, sharpness, and mutual involvement. Working from home is partly possible, but we are deliberately looking for someone who wants to be an active part of the team in the office.
The position is available from 32 hours per week, with room to discuss what fits best together.
