What will you do?
Mission of your role:
You’ll support the implementation of SEO strategies for our clients everything from keyword research, content optimization/creation, and technical audits to data analysis. Step by step, you’ll learn how to deliver real SEO results, guided by our specialists.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and opportunity mapping
- Create, review, and optimize content for SEO
- Assist with technical SEO audits and provide improvement recommendations
- Measure results using tools like Google Search Console and GA4
- Contribute ideas to strategy and identify areas for optimization
- Test new tools and tactics (yes, experimentation is encouraged!)
- Collaborate with SEO experts and learn through on-the-job coaching
What do we expect from you?
- A genuine interest in online marketing and the world of SEO
- Curiosity about data, technology, and content
- A proactive, independent work style, you’ll troubleshoot on your own first, but ask smart questions when needed
- An eye for detail and a critical perspective on how things can be improved
- The drive to learn quickly and the motivation to take ownership
- Bonus points if you’ve already used tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or GA4, but it’s not required

What do we offer you?
Salary & work environment
- A gross starting salary between €2,300 and €2,900 per month (based on knowledge & experience)
- A modern office in the heart of Eindhoven (with a view of the stars ✨)
- Hybrid work possible, but ideally we’re looking for someone who is engaged on-site
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week
Secondary employment conditions
