Your Role:
As an Account Manager at Space’M Online, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining close contact with clients and serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understanding client needs and goals and translating them into effective online marketing strategies.
- Engaging and convincing new clients to partner with us.
- Managing projects and campaigns, including budget and scheduling.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue.
- Analyzing campaign results and presenting performance reports to clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives.

What We Expect from You:
- A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar account management role within the digital marketing sector.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- A proactive, results-driven, and client-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and strategies.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
